Properties for Sale

Explore selected properties for sale in Greece, with local insight and personal guidance to help you find the right home or investment opportunity.

Who it's for

  • Buyers living in Greece looking for a home
  • Buyers from abroad who want local help on the ground
  • Owners who want to sell a property

How it works

  1. Tell us what you're looking for

The type of home, the areas you like and your budget. We use this to choose what to show you.

  2. View the properties

We arrange viewings and give you clear, honest information about each property.

  3. Make an offer

When you find the right home, we pass your offer to the seller and keep both sides informed.

  4. Your lawyer and engineer check

Your own lawyer checks the title and any debts, and an engineer checks the permits. We keep in touch with them so you always know where things stand.

  5. Tax number and bank account

You need a Greek tax number (ΑΦΜ) and a Greek bank account to buy. We explain what each one involves.

  6. Sign before a notary

The contract is signed before a notary and then registered. We help you prepare for the day.

What you'll need

These are the documents usually needed on each side of a sale.

  • Passport or ID card
  • Greek tax number (ΑΦΜ / AFM)
  • Greek bank account
  • Power of attorney (if buying remotely)
  • For sellers: title deed
  • For sellers: energy performance certificate (ΠΕΑ)
  • For sellers: engineer's certificate of legality

Costs

We explain every cost of buying before you commit, and who pays what. Ask us.

Questions buyers ask

Can I buy a property in Greece from abroad?

Yes. Many buyers sign through a power of attorney given to their lawyer. We arrange viewings and keep you updated at each step.

Do I need my own lawyer?

We strongly recommend it. Your lawyer checks the title and any debts on the property and protects your interests at the notary.

What does the engineer check?

An engineer checks that the building and any changes to it match the permits. Sellers usually provide a certificate of legality.

What costs should I expect on top of the price?

There are taxes and fees for the notary, the lawyer and registration. We explain each one before you make an offer.

I want to sell. Can you help?

Yes. We help you gather the documents, present the property clearly and arrange viewings with interested buyers.
