How it works
Tell us what you want
Rental income, a home for your own use, or something to hold for the long term. Your aim shapes everything else.
Areas and property types
We share what we know about the neighbourhoods and the kinds of property that fit your aim.
Shortlist and viewings
We select properties worth seeing and arrange viewings. If you can't attend, ask us whether a video viewing is possible.
Rent and running costs explained
We give you realistic expectations for rent and explain the running costs, such as building charges and upkeep.
Your advisers confirm the details
Your own lawyer and accountant confirm the legal and tax side before you commit.
Letting and management, if you want
After you buy, we can find tenants and look after the property through our management service.
What you'll need
The documents are the same as for buying, plus independent advice.
- Passport or ID card
- Greek tax number (ΑΦΜ / AFM)
- Greek bank account
- Power of attorney (if buying remotely)
- Advice from your own lawyer and accountant
Costs
We explain every cost of buying and owning before you commit, and who pays what. Ask us.
Questions investors ask
Do you give financial or legal advice?
No. We share practical local knowledge about areas, properties and the rental market. Financial, legal and tax advice should come from your own advisers.
Can you tell me what rent a property could earn?
We can give you a realistic picture based on similar homes in the area. It is a guide, not a promise.
Can I invest from abroad?
Yes. We arrange viewings, keep you updated and coordinate with your lawyer, who can act for you with a power of attorney.
Can buying property lead to a Golden Visa?
The rules and minimum amounts changed recently and depend on the area. We can show you suitable properties, but your lawyer must confirm whether you are eligible.
Who looks after the property once I've bought it?
You can, or you can ask about our property management service. We can find tenants and handle day-to-day matters for you.
